DTC’s confirmation: A diagnostic message will be sent after the third recognized dry run. Since sending the Lifebeat has to be finished before, the first diagnostic message will be started up to 5s later. Lifebeat is sent when there is no error/event detection or when the pump is not running. Sending the diagnostic message ends after a 5s error-free pump run. A diagnostic message is only sent if pump operation is required and will be sent at least 5 times. The PWM line (diagnosis) on the pump provides the following status information. Status Information NOTE: Status information cannot be viewed directly by using TML Diagnostic Tool, however, the corresponding DTC related to P302D can be viewed as per the status information. If any other DTC related to P302D is present, refer to corresponding troubleshooting for details. Ensure no DTC related to P302D is in defect/ confirmed state before handing over the vehicle to customer. Circuit Schematic Diagram:
