Check LV Supply connector of HV battery for damage (connectors, terminals bending & rusting of pins) 4. Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between HV battery and VCU 5. Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between HV battery and VCU Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Remove the LV connector of relay Check continuity between supply pin and LSD pin of relay Go to Step 2 Problem is in the relay. Action: Replace the relay and Go to step 1. 2. Remove VCU side and relay side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors No problem in the wiring between the relay connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 Issue is between the relay to VCU wiring harness Action: replace wiring harness 3. If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 4 Issue is between the relay to VCU wiring harness inline wiring harness Action: replace wiring harness
