This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 2 Remove VCU side and relay side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin of harness side actuator connector Problem in the wiring between the relay connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin of consecutive connectors Problem in wiring between the inline connectors Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 3 Go to Step 4 4 Check if chassis is short with relay enable pin Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin in harness side VCU connector Problem is in VCU side LV wiring harness connector Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 4 Go to step 5 5 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between LSD pin K38 of VCU and the chassis Problem in VCU Change VCU DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure that DTC is not present in VCU memory using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
