Remove the LV connector of PDU Check continuity between PDU connector’s input pin 1 and 2 Go to Step 2 Problem is in the PDU. Action: Replace the PDU and Go to step 1. 2. Remove VCU side and PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors No problem in the wiring between the PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 Issue is between the PDU to VCU wiring harness Action: replace wiring harness 3. If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 4 Issue is between the PDU to VCU wiring harness inline wiring harness Action: replace wiring harness 4. Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between C776A-K53 Pin No. of VCU and the ground (Chassis). Problem in VCU connector. Change VCU connector Action: Go to step 4 5. Observe the pin on the VCU side Check for pin backout on the VCU side Action: Replace the VCU and go to step 5 Problem is in wiring harness between PDU and VCU Action: replace WH DTC’s confirmation: -
