P3038 - 13: - HV Battery key on activation line - circuit open Overview: ISO Code P3038 - 13 Customer Symptom Vehicle is not operable. HV Critical Alert Tell-tale is seen blinking on cluster. Charging will be disabled. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle will not be driveable. If vehicle is in running condition, it will go from Drive to Neutral. Air conditioning and charging will be disabled. Vehicle will not crank in the next Ignition cycle if this error is in confirmed state Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical error indication blinking on Cluster Fault Detection Condition Open circuit at VCU pin of HV battery key on relay. Normal Operating Condition HV battery key on relay operates as per input received from VCU Probable Trouble Area LV wiring Harness Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory. However, cluster indication will be ON till one drive cycle of vehicle, until DTC is cleared using tester tool.
