Check LV Battery voltage to be in range (9 V - 14V) 3. Check LV Supply Connection of HV battery for damage (connectors, terminals bending & rusting of pins) 4. Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between HV battery and VCU 5. Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between HV battery and VCU Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of HV battery Check continuity between Chassis and LSD pin of HV battery LV connector. Problem is in the HV battery. Action: Replace the HV battery and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove VCU side and HV battery side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin of harness side actuator connector Problem in the wiring between the HV battery connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin of consecutive connectors Problem in wiring between the inline connectors Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 3 Go to Step 4 4 Check if chassis is short with HV battery key on enable pin Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin in harness side VCU connector Problem is in VCU side LV wiring harness connector Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 4 Go to step 5
