This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. primary and secondary locks get engaged 2 Remove PDU side and E compressor side HV connector of PDU to E compressor cable Check if there is continuity between PDU and E compressor pins (HC1006 and HC1017) No problem in the cable between PDU to E compressor cable Go to step 3 Issue is with PDU to E compressor cable Action: replace PDU to E compressor cable 3 Remove PDU side connector of PDU to E compressor cable and PDU to HV battery cable Check continuity between PDU HV battery connector pin 2 and E compressor connector pin 1 No problem in E compressor fuse inside PDU Go to Step 4 HV fuse for E compressor inside PDU is blown Action: replace the E compressor fuse inside PDU / replace complete PDU DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure that DTC is not present in VCU memory using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
