Remove E-drive side LV connectors Check for continuity between C446A-6 and C446A-7 of E-drive (on E drive side LV connector) No problem in HVIL wiring of Edrive Go to Step 15 E drive inside HVIL is broken, internal wiring issue Action: Check if E drive top cover is open Still problem persists replace E drive 15. Remove E-drive side LV connectors On E-drive (on E drive side LV connector)check continuity of pin C446A-6 to chassis ground if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 0 or check continuity of pin C446A-6 to battery supply if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 100 Replace the E drive LV connector Go to step 16 16 Remove E-drive side and AC compressor side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between C446A-7 and C447B-5 of these connectors No problem in the wiring between the E-drive connector and AC compressor connector. Go to Step 17 Problem is AC compressor to Edrive wiring harness Action: Change AC compressor to E-drive wiring harness
