Combustion leakage 2. Inlet manifold clogging 3. Improper injector 4 installation 4. Faulty injector Vehicle starts with engine vibration and abnormal noise. Torque reduction is active. Component Details: The Solenoid Valve Injectors are used to inject the desired fuel quantity based on the engine operating conditions into the combustion chamber. They are mounted at the cylinder head above the combustion chamber. Checkpoints: 1. Check if any fault codes related to Injector electrical faults 2. Check Combustion leakage 3. Check Inlet manifold for clogging 4. Injector HP diagnostics 5. Check ECU connection Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the cylinder for leaks. Perform necessary repairs No leaks Step 2 Check the inlet ducts. If the inlet ducts are clogged; clean the inlet ducts and check the EGR operation No clogging Step 3 Check tappet condition & valve setting. Perform the necessary repairs in case of any problem Step 4 Check the pressure checking fault section for the injector diagnostics.
