Check Combustion leakage 3. Check Inlet manifold for clogging 4. Injector HP diagnostics 5. Check ECU connection Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the cylinder for leaks. Perform necessary repairs No leaks Step 2 Check the inlet ducts. If the inlet ducts are clogged; clean the inlet ducts and check the EGR operation No clogging Step 3 Check tappet condition & valve setting. Perform the necessary repairs in case of any problem Step 4 Check the pressure checking fault section for the injector diagnostics. Replace if the Injector is faulty Check Injector Step 5 Still the problem persists!
