If yes, perform the preliminary checks with respect to earlier issue closure. Check for pin back out at EMS ecu connector or EGR valve connector.  Check the battery voltage with the ignition switch on as well as voltage drop during cranking. If the voltage is too low, then recharge the battery.  Check main power hold relay is working properly.  Check and ensure whether the battery terminals are connected properly and they are tight.  Check the charging circuit; Rectify the charging circuit if faulty.  Check ECU pin no B1, B2& B4 are getting ground connection and B3, B5, B6 are connected to battery positive – 12 V supply.  Check ECU; Replace ECU if problem still persists. Trouble Shooting: Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. Is there any rust/oxidization / Sulphation observed on Battery Terminals Clean the Rust or repair. Go to Step 2 2. Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECU pins B3, B5, B6 & main Relay supply. Go to Step 3 Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit schematic 3. Are there any pins damaged at EMS ECU Connector Replace the connector or wiring harness Go to step 4 4 Are there any pins backed out from the EMS ECU Connector Rectify/Replace Connectors Go to Step 5 5 Is Alternator mal-functioning Go to Step 6 Repair / Replace 6 Are EMS ECU pins B3/B5/B6 and B1/B2/B4 connected properly? Go to step 7 Repair the harness as per the schematic 7 Is Rectifiers in Alternator functioning properly? Repair / Replace Go to Step 8 8 Fault Still Persists? Call Hot line Follow the steps again for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer): Confirmatory check after rectification - Check battery voltage in diagnostic tool at engine idle condition
