Vehicle Platform: F4 (Bolt) / F5 ( Zest) / TIAGO / TIGOR / EAGLE/OSPREY/Q5/X451 ECU Name: Hella Body Control Module (BCM) ECU Replacement Procedure Version: 3.5 Date: 27-Jan-2020 Author: BCM CoC Page: 28 of 34  Read VC (IC or Immo/PEPS) and Container part number (From BCM) from same vehicle. (based on this – Cal file will be fetched from UV server) Note: Unique Parameterization number has been defined ensuring correct configuration and required Calibration for defined VC/VIN. Look up table shall be flashed on service tool window to read the required BCM ECU details (Assembly number, Parameterization number and CAL parameter ID) for respective VC/VIN.  PDC Master sensor calibration data writing: a) Go to extended session & Get the security access for the BCM ECU using service tool. (Note: Security Sub-function – securityAccessType 07/08 shall be used) b) Send service request $ 22 47 0C to check PEPS variant c) Check the read DID response ($62 47 0C XX YY ZZ) If only XX = 0x04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 0A, 0B, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 1A, 1B, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 2A, 2B, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 3A, 3B, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 4A, 4B, 54. 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 5A, 5B. Then confirm the PDC enable in the vehicle and proceed for PDC calibration in the next step d) Send service request $ 31 01 34 0D XX XX = Request additional data. XX = 235 Bytes read from S19 file e) Check Start routine response of the routine (71 01 34 0D YY) YY = RoutineStatusRecord, RoutineInformation f) If (YY==01) { Routine successfully executing. }// END if (YY==01) Else { Issue in routine execution. Rectify the problem and start from step a. }// END else if (YY==01) g) Send Service request to get the Routine results $31 03 34 0D h) Check the Routine results response 71 03 34 0D XX YY ZZ SS XX = RoutineStatusRecord, RoutineInformation
