Ensure that the gear selector is in Neutral position. Using service tool, read vehicle parameters and confirm the value to be as below in crank state. DID No Vehicle Parameter Name Expected Value 341F HV Battery Negative Contactor State 1 3420 HV Battery Positive Contactor State 1 3459 Traction E drive Operating Mode Standby or Torque control If the parameter value is not as per expectation, read DTC again and check for the Powertrain CAN connections.
