Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of 3 in 1 Combo-PDU LV connector C813 Check if there is continuity between 3 in 1 Combo-PDU connector C813 pin 12 and 3 in 1 Combo body Problem is in the 3 in 1 Combo-PDU. Action: Replace the 3 in 1 Combo and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove the 3 in 1 Combo side LV connector Check if there is continuity between 3 in 1 Combo LV connector Pin C813-12 and chassis Problem is in the wiring or the connector Action: Replace the LV connector/wiring and go to step 2 Go to Step 3 3 Remove VCU side and 3 in 1 Combo side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors (C813 Pin-12 and C776A Pin 77) And (C813 Pin-13 and C776A Pin 16) No problem in the wiring between the 3 in 1 Combo connector and VCU connector. Problem is in the wiring or the connector Action: Replace the LV connector/wiring and go to step 4 4 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 5 5 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between K77 and VCU ground pin. Problem in VECU. Action: Change VECU
