Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of 3 in 1 Combo Check if there is continuity between 3 in 1 Combo connector’s input pin 14 /15 and 3 in 1 Combo body Problem is in the 3 in 1 Combo. Action: Replace the PDU and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove the 3 in 1 Combo side LV connector Check if there is continuity between 3 in 1 Combo LV connector Pin C813-14, C813-15 and chassis Problem is in the wiring or the connector Action: Replace the LV connector/wiring and Go to step 2. Go to Step 3 3 Remove VCU side and 3 in 1 Combo side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors (C813 Pin-15 and C776A Pin 17) And (C813 Pin-14 and C776A Pin 64) No problem in the wiring between the 3 in 1 Combo connector and VCU connector. Problem is in the wiring or the connector Action: Replace the LV connector/wiring and go to step 4 4 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 5 5 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between K64 and VCU ground. NOTE: Recheck that LV battery is NOT connected and no Problem in VCU Change VCU Action: Go to step 5
