Check for back out of pins at VCU connectors Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Remove the LV connector of Solenoid Check if the continuity exists between Solenoid connector’s input pin 1 and 2 (supply and LSD pin on component side) Go to step 2 Problem is in the Solenoid. Action: Replace the Solenoid and Go to step 1. 2. Remove VCU side and Solenoid side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors Pin C776B Pin 23 and C780 Pin 2 No problem in the wiring between the Solenoid connector and VCU connector. Go to step 3 Problem is in wiring harness between Solenoid Valve and VCU Action: replace Wiring harness 3. If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to step 4 Problem is in wiring harness between between Solenoid Valve and VCU. Check if fuse is okay. Action: replace Wiring harness 4. Observe the pin on the VCU side Check for C776B Pin 23 pin backout on the VECU side Problem in VCU connector or VCU. Action:Replace the VCU connector
