This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 1 Remove the LV connector of Solenoid Check continuity between Chassis and LSD pin of Solenoid LV connector. Problem is in the Solenoid. Action: Replace the Solenoid and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove VCU side and Solenoid side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin of harness side actuator connector Problem in the wiring between the Solenoid connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin of consecutive connectors Problem in wiring between the inline connectors Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 3 Go to Step 4 4 Check if chassis is short with Solenoid enable pin C780-2 Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin in harness side VCU connector C780-2 Problem is in VCU side LV wiring harness connector Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 4 Go to step 5 5 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between LSD pin C776B -A23 of VCU and the chassis Problem in VCU connector or VCU. DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, send Clear the DTC command by using TML diagnostic tool. Ensure no DTC is in defect/ confirmed state before handing over to customer.
