Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between VCU and 3 in 1 combo LV connector 2. Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between VCU and 3 in 1 combo LV connector 3. Visually inspect 3 in 1 combo for damage Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of 3 in 1 combo Check continuity between 3 in 1 combo connector’s input pin 1 and 21 Go to Step 2 Problem is in the 3 in 1 combo. Action: Replace the 3 in 1 combo and Go to step 1. 2 Remove VCU side and 3 in 1 combo-PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors C813 Pin 21 and C776B Pin 24 C813 Pin 20 and C776B Pin 65 (HSD) No problem in the wiring between the 3 in 1 combo-PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 4 4 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between A24 Pin No. of VCU and the ground (Chassis). Problem in VCU connector or VCU. Go to step 5 5 Observe the pin on the VCU side Check for C776B-24 pin backout on the VCU side Action: Replace the VCU and go to step 5
