Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between VCU and 3 in 1 comboPDU LV connector 2. Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between VCU and 3 in 1 comboPDU LV connector 3. Visually inspect 3 in 1 combo-PDU for damage Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Remove the LV connector of 3 in 1 combo-PDU Check continuity between 3 in 1 combo-PDU connector’s input pin 1 and 19 Go to Step 2 Problem is in the 3 in 1 comboPDU. Action: Replace the 3 in 1 comboPDU and Go to step 1. 2. Remove VCU side and 3 in 1 combo-PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors C813 Pin 19 and C776B Pin 2 C813 Pin 18 and C776B Pin 86 (HSD) No problem in the wiring between the 3 in 1 comboPDU connector and VCU connector. Go to step 3 Problem is in wiring harness between 3 in 1 combo-PDU and VCU Action: replace WH 3. If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to step 4 Problem is in wiring harness between 3 in 1 combo-PDU and VCU
