Vehicle stops when LV battery is completely drained Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if DC output current greater than 225A for 100ms Normal Operating Condition The DC output current is less than 200A Probable Trouble Area 1. Sensor Faults 2. DCDC output short circuit Healing Condition Ignition OFF wait till VCU sleeps & Ignition ON Write up for the related system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU)
