Go to step 4 Ensure the preconditions to be OK (Vehicle is in Ignition mode; vehicle speed is 0 and LV battery Voltage is >11 V) Check for the negative response ID and Go to step 1 4 Read the vehicle parameter - Traction cooling pump PWM Duty cycle (DID No: 3439) Check whether value is 93. Let the pump to run for 1min and Go to step 5. Go to step 1 5 Check if pump is running. If pump stops abruptly, go to step 1. Repeat the process 3 times Check if pump is running okay If the pump is following the request, conclude that Issue is resolved Replace Pump Removed the LV battery connection Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Remove VCU side and Pump side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors Pin C776B Pin 4 and C452 Pin 2 No problem in the wiring between the Pump connector and VCU connector. Go to step 2 Problem is in wiring harness between Pump Valve and VCU Action: replace Wiring harness 2. If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the Problem is in wiring harness between between Pump and VCU.
