Let the pump to run for 1min and Go to step 5. Go to step 1 5 Check if pump is running. If pump stops abruptly, go to step 1. Repeat the process 3 times Check if pump is running okay If the pump is following the request, conclude that Issue is resolved Replace Pump Removed the LV battery connection Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of Pump Check continuity between ground pin and Pump signal connector Pin C452 Pin 2 and C452 Pin 1 Problem is in the Pump, internal short to battery. Action: Replace the Pump and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove VCU side and Pump side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between ground pin and Pump pin of harness side connector Problem in the wiring between the Pump connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between ground pin and Pump signal pin of consecutive connectors for C452 Pin 2. Problem in wiring between the inline connectors Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 3 Go to Step 4
