This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 1 Remove the LV connector of relay Check continuity between supply pin and LSD pin of relay LV connector Problem is in the relay. Action: Replace the relay and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove VCU side and relay side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between supply pin and LSD pin of harness side connector Problem in the wiring between the relay connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between supply pin and LSD pin of consecutive connectors Problem in wiring between the inline connectors Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 3 Go to Step 4 4 Check if power supply pin short with relay enable pin Check if there is continuity between VCU supply and LSD pin in harness side VCU connector Problem is in VCU side LV wiring harness connector Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 4 Go to step 5 5 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between LSD pin K22 of VCU and the VCU supply pin Problem in VCU connector or VCU. (Change VCU connector or VCU) TBD Action: Go to step 5 DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, send Clear the DTC command by using TML diagnostic tool. Ensure no DTC is in defect/ confirmed state before handing over to customer. Circuit Schematic Diagram:
