P3037 - 13: - E-Drive power supply relay activation line - circuit open Overview: ISO Code P3037 - 13 Customer Symptom HV Critical Alert Tell-tale is seen blinking on cluster. Charging will be disabled. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle will not be drivable. If vehicle is in running condition, it will go from Drive to Neutral. Air conditioning will be disabled. Vehicle may not crank in the next Ignition cycle if this error is in confirmed state Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical lamp is Blinking on the cluster Fault Detection Condition E-drive power supply relay will not receive any signal from the VCU. Normal Operating Condition E-drive power supply relay will operate depending on the input received from the VCU Probable Trouble Area LV wiring harness E-drive power supply relay Powertrain VCU connector Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory. However, cluster indication will be ON till one drive cycle of vehicle, until DTC is cleared using tester tool. Component Details: E drive power supply Relay receives input from the VCU to enable or disable the LV supply to E- drive. Preliminary Checks: Check voltage at the terminals of relay. Check wiring connections E drive Relay. Check the connectors between VCU and E drive relay Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections.
