P3057 - 92: -Power line communication chip deactivation is failed after charge session - erratic Overview: ISO Code P3057 - 92 Customer Symptom Vehicle would not go into charging mode in fast charging Fault Effects (On Vehicle) The vehicle is drivable and slow charging is possible but DC Fast charging will not happen. Lamp Status (If Any) Charging fault indication lamp is blinking on the cluster Fault Detection Condition Power line communication chip deactivation has failed after charge session Normal Operating Condition Power line communication chip deactivation occurs after charge session Probable Trouble Area CP line connection wiring Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory Component Details: PLC Communication chip is part of EVCU which act as receiver and transmitter of PLC Communication. Preliminary Checks: NA Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Remove LV battery connection, Recouple EVCU connectors Try Fast Charging and Check for reoccurrence of fault code P3057-92 using TML diagnostic tool. Go to Step 2 2. Check Continuity between EVCU's supply pins and Battery terminals Check continuity between EVCU's supply pin C776A-4,5,6 and battery positive terminal and continuity between EVCU's Problem is in EVCU. Action: Replace Problem is in wiring harness between Battery and EVCU
