P3061 - 86: - CCS DC Fast Charging- Charge Plug Inlet temperature too High - signal invalid Overview: ISO Code P3061 - 86 Customer Symptom DC Fast charging does not take place Fault Effects (On Vehicle) The vehicle is drivable and slow charging is possible but DC fast charging will not take place if this detect is active. DC Fast Charging negative contactor is always open even after close command given from VCU. Lamp Status (If Any) Charging fault indication lamp is ON, on the cluster Fault Detection Condition DC FAST charging stopped since charge plug inlet temperature too high Normal Operating Condition Charge plug inlet temperature is within range Probable Trouble Area Inlet temperature sensor Wiring harness of inlet temperature sensor Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory Component Details: Inlet temperature sensor is fitted on charging gun inlet and used to observe temperature at charging gun and vehicle junction Preliminary Checks: NA Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Check for continuity between Inlet temperature DC positive bus sensor and EVCU Check for continuity between Charging gun inlet temperature DC positive sensor ground and signal pins C448A-4, C448A-1 and respective EVCU side signal pins C776A-78, C776A-50 Go to step 2 Problem is in wiring harness between Charging gun inlet temperature DC positive bus sensor and EVCU
