Action: Change MCU to VCU inline wiring harness 7 Remove the LV connector of VECU Check if there is continuity between VECU side connector pin CAN H and CAN L Check for damage in VECU connector Action: Replace VECU side connector No problem in VECU side LV connector Go to step 8. 8 Remove the LV connector of VECU Check if there is continuity between pin CAN H and CAN L of VECU Check for damage in VECU pin Action: Replace VECU DTC’s confirmation: - 1. After rectification, ensure the following points by referring to VCU DID list using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. 2. Perform vehicle Ignition ON and crank the vehicle. Ensure that the gear selector is in Neutral position. 3. Using service tool, read vehicle parameters and confirm the value to be as below in crank state. DID No Vehicle Parameter Name Expected Value 341F HV Battery Negative Contactor State 1 3420 HV Battery Positive Contactor State 1 3459 Traction E drive Operating Mode Standby or Torque control 4. If the parameter value is not as per expectation, read DTC again and check for the Powertrain CAN connections. 5. Send Clear DTC command & ensure no DTC is in defect/ confirmed state before handing over to customer Circuit Schematic Diagram: Refer Sheet 28 of LV Schematic for details
