This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 1 Remove HC 1003 and HC 1006 HV 3IN1 COMBO connectors Check continuity between HC1003 Pin 2 to HC 1006 Pin 1 Go to step 2 Compressor HV Fuse is blown Action: Replace F3 fuse 2 Checking of HC 1006 Connector Check continuity between either HC 1006 Connector +ve to shield or HC 1006 Connector -ve to shield Short circuit in HV connector. Action: Replace HV connector No problem in HC 1006 Connector Go to step 3 3 Checking for HV cable continuity Check the continuity from 3in1 Combo HC 1006 female connector on WH side and HC1017 connector both terminals No problem in HV cable Go to step 4 Problem in HV Cable Action: Replace HV Cable 4 Remove the HV connector HC 1017 from Compressor side Check continuity between either HC 1017 +ve to shield or HC 1017 -ve to shield Short circuit happened in HC 1017 Connector. Action: Replace HC 1017 connector Problem is in Compressor Refer the Compressor Troubleshooting Document for more details DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure that DTC is not present in VCU memory using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
