P308A - 68: - Low mismatch in requested torque from VECU and E-drive feedback Torque - event information ISO Code P308A - 68 Customer Symptom Accelerator pedal response is lost during driving. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Accelerator pedal response is lost during driving. Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical telltale ON Fault Detection Condition If requested torque from VCU to E-drive and output torque delivered from E-drive to VCU has mismatch Normal Operating Condition E-drive output torque and VCU desired torque are inline Probable Trouble Area E-drive system Healing Condition Vehicle gear changed from Drive/sports/reverse to neutral and back to Drive/sports/reverse, then the DTC will be healed Component Details: E-drive system consists of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-Box. It draws power from the HV battery and converts that electric power into kinetic energy which in turn helps to move the vehicle. During braking, vehicle kinetic energy converts in to electric energy. Preliminary Checks: a) Check HV connections of the E-drive terminal are properly connected b) LV Battery voltage c) Check for the proper terminal connection of the 12V LV Battery d) Check for any E-drive DTCs Trouble Shooting: - This DTC is indication for functional safety related to E-drive. E-drive DTC and its parameters need to be checked for root cause. DTC’s confirmation: - NA Circuit Schematic Diagram: NA Component Location & Image: -
