P303F – 12: - Telematics ECU hardware wakeup activation line - circuit short to battery Overview: ISO Code P303F- 12 Customer Symptom No identification to customer Fault Effects (On Vehicle) The vehicle is drivable as per driver inputs. No effect on vehicle drive ability. VECU will not be able to wake up telematics VCU. Telemetry data from VCU to telematics unit will not be published Lamp Status (If Any) No indication on the cluster Fault Detection Condition Telematics ECU hardware Wake Up activation line is short to battery Normal Operating Condition Telematics ECU is wakeup by the signal received from VECU Probable Trouble Area VECU LV wiring Harness TCU LV Wiring harness TCU Supply connections Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory. Component Details: VECU sends signal to wakeup telematics VCU during charging in ignition off mode. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check for proper terminal connection of 12V LV Battery 2. Check LV Battery voltage to be in range (9 V - 14V) 3. Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between Telematics and VCU 4. Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between Telematics and VCU 5. Check the power supply and Ignition (KL15) voltages of telematics are in the range (9 V - 14V) Trouble Shooting: - 1.
