P301E - 13: - Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM - circuit open Overview: ISO Code P301E - 13 Customer Symptom HV Critical Alert Tell-tale is seen blinking on cluster. Charging will be disabled Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle will not be drivable and will go from Drive to Neutral. Air conditioning and charging will be disabled. Vehicle will not be allowed to crank in the next Ignition cycle if the fault is active. Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical lamp Blinking on Cluster Fault Detection Condition Vehicle High voltage connections are not intact leading to incorrect Vehicle HVIL PWM signal at input pin of VCU Normal Operating Condition During normal operating condition. VCU senses PWM signal on pin C776B-56 , C776B-50 Probable Trouble Area LV wiring Harness, 3in1 LV connector, Inside 3in1,Powertrain VCU connector, HV battery LV connector, Inside HV battery, E-drive LV connector, Inside E-drive, Air compressor LV connector, Inside Air compressor Healing Condition After rectification of fault, Turn ignition OFF. Lock the vehicle and allow VECU to go to sleep. Ensure that no door is open and Vehicle key is not in vicinity of vehicle (If vehicle is not locked/ door is open, VECU will not go to sleep) Wait for 5 min and then turn ignition ON for further check. VECU sleep cycle is important to clear this critical fault from VECU memory Component Details: HVIL PWM signal sense detects if all HV connectors are fitted to 3in1, HV battery, E-drive, Air compressor and PDU cover is not open.
