If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in the inline connectors Problem may be in VCU sensing circuit Go to step 13 Problem is in inline connectors Check in detail each connector and replace the faulty one 13. Remove AC compressor side LV connector Check for continuity between C447B-4 and C447B-5 of AC compressor (on E compressor side LV connector) No problem in HVIL wiring of AC compressor Go to Step 14 HVIL connector inside AC compressor is broken. Action: Check if AC compressor HV connector is connected Still problem persists replace AC compressor 14. Remove AC compressor side LV connector On AC compressor side LV connector check continuity of pin C447B-4 to chassis ground if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle value is 0 or check continuity of pin C447B-4 to battery supply if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle value is 100 Problem in AC Compressor LV connector Action: Replace the AC compressor LV connector Go to step 15 15. Remove AC compressor side LV connector and MSD short link connector Check continuity between C447B-4 and C802-2 No problem in AC Compressor to MSD short link harness Problem is in AC Compressor to MSD short link harness
