Remove the LV connector of AC Linear pressure sensor side i.e., C699A. Check for the power supply of AC Linear pressure sensor Check if AC Linear pressure sensor pin 1 (Connector C699A- pin 1) has supply voltage 5V and Pin 3 (Connector C699A- pin 3) is ground. Go to Step 3 Check for the harness damage 3. Switch vehicle Ignition OFF. Remove the LV battery connector to disconnect the LV battery. Vehicle is in Ignition OFF mode? Go to step 4 Go to step 3 4. Check whether there is internal short in sensor Check if there is continuity between AC Linear pressure sensor’s input pin 2 and AC Linear pressure sensor’s supply pin 1. (Refer pin diagram) Problem is in the AC Linear pressure sensor. Action: Replace the sensor and go to step 1. Go to Step 5 5. Remove the LV connector of AC Linear pressure sensor side i.e., C699A (Refer schematic for details) Check the connectivity between C699A-2 (analog output) to C699A-1(supply) Check the connectivity between C776B-63 to C776B-54 Problem is with wiring harness between VECU and sensor Action: Replace the wiring harness and go to step 4 Go to Step 6
