P30B5 – 4B: AC charging inlet temperature is greater than threshold ISO Code P30B5 – 4B Customer Symptom AC Charging is not happening Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Slow charging does not happen if temperature is greater than threshold. Charging resumes when temperature is within normal operating range Lamp Status (If Any) Charging fault Blinking Fault Detection Condition Vehicle controller detected the AC charging inlet temperature value as greater than threshold value Normal Operating Condition Slow charging works normally if AC charging inlet temperature value is within the operating range Probable Trouble Area AC charging inlet temperature sensor LV wiring Harness Powertrain VCU connector Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory Component Details: AC Charging inlet temperature is used to measure the temperature value of line and neutral of AC Supply mains in vehicle charging inlet, while slow charging. Preliminary Checks: When the AC charging inlet temperature exceeds the upper threshold value this DTC is triggered, slow charging is disabled. Once the temperature is below the lower threshold value then slow charging resumes back. Try reinserting the gun to resume charging if it is not auto started. Trouble Shooting: - NOTE:
