Kanger 2.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 15-Feb-2022 Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if 1.Hardware over current fault is triggered 39±1A 2. OBC has received command VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK) All of above conditions are true. Normal Operating Condition when VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK): Not recoverable, Need VCU sent standby command to clear the fault When VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x1(standby): if not escalates to unrecoverable fault, clear fault and DTC status ,irrespective of the parameter value. Probable Trouble Area 1. Abnormal battery or short circuit of high voltage circuit; 2. OBC hardware is damaged; 3. The OBC output current detection circuit is abnormal. Healing Condition Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep Write up for the system:- The component 3in1(DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit) is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU) Pre-Check Points:- a) Check whether the coolant level in traction coolant tank is above the minimum level marking. b) Check the radiator slow fan, radiator fast fan and traction coolant pump are working normally. c) Check for any pinching in traction cooling system.
