Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Check for DTC related to power distribution unit: Negative thermistor Check for any DTC related to Negative thermistor apart from P3009-4B Check other DTCs Action: Go to step 1 2 Check for proper fitment of HV connectors of all component 3 in 1 Combo –PDU side HV connector or other HV component side HV connectors loose connected Problem is in the HV wiring harness. Action: Try connecting HV connectors properly, if damaged HV cable should be replaced. Go to Step 2 3 Remove VCU side and 3 in 1 Combo side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors C813 Pin-12 and C776A Pin 77) And (C813 Pin-13 and C776A Pin 16) No problem in the wiring between the 3 in 1 Combo connector and VCU connector. Problem is in the wiring or the connector Action: Replace the LV connector/wiring and go to step 4 4 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 5 5 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between K64 and VCU ground pin. NOTE: Problem in VCU. Change VCU Go to Step 6
