Kanger 2.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 15-Feb-2022 Pre-Check Points: a) Check for proper rated charging gun b) Check for the LV harness ( CP , PE) continuty from vehicle inlet to VCU Trouble Shooting:- Flow Diagram or table format for diagnosing the fault code Step no. Description Check Point if YES if NO 1 Connect the Charging Gun & switch ON the AC supply. Check for the fault code. Fault code P19D202 is present? Go to step 2 Repair complete. 2 Change the Charging Gun Fault code P19D202 is present? Go to step 3 Replace the gun and repair complete. 3. Check for the LV harness ( CP , PE) continuty from vehicle inlet to VCU is continuty OK Record the Local snapshot of DTC. Replace the OBC. Replace the CP/PE connection from inlet to VCU. Go to step 1. DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring OBC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. a) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle charging command by observing the Charge ON indicator lamp on the cluster.
