Description Check Point if YES if NO 1 Remove the 12V LV battery negative terminal.After a minute connect the 12V LV battery negative terminal & "Ignition Switch" to ON position. Crank and wait for 2 minutes. Check for the fault code. Fault code P197913 is Present? Go to step 2 Repair complete. 2 Check for other DTC Fault code P1979E13, P197A13, P19BB13, P197C13, P197D13, P197F73 is present simultaneously? Record local snapshot of DTC and replace 3in1 Go to step 3 3 Remove 3in1 side signal connector, Check for continuity between HVIL PIN (pin n.2) and VCU Connector (pin n. A50) as per the below schematic. Is there proper continuity? Go to step 4 Make the connection proper and check this fault code again. 4 Replace AC input connector harness of 3in1 and check for DTC again. Fault code P197913 is Present? Record local snapshot of DTC and replace 3in1 Repair complete DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring DCDC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. a) DCDC converter charges LV Battery and LV battery in range of 8v to 16V b) OBC charges the HV Battery during AC charging c) V2X charging function will be possible
