Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 P197719:- DCDC input software over current Overview: ISO Code (If applicable) P197719 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) DCDC Converter not charging LV battery. Vehicle stops when LV battery is completely drained. Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if 1.Input current≥15A, last for 100ms 2. Receive DCDC enable command = Enable All of the conditions are true. Normal Operating Condition When DCDC Enable command equal 0x1(Enable): Input current of DC DC is within the range of less than 15A Probable Trouble Area 1. The HV battery is abnormal or the voltage circuit is short-circuited 2. The DC/DC power device is damaged, causing overcurrent or short circuit on the input side; 3. The DC/DC input current detection circuit has a large error or is damaged. Healing Condition Ignition OFF wait till VCU sleeps & Ignition ON Write up for the system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU)
