(based on this – Cal file will be fetched from UV server) Note: Unique Parameterization number has been defined ensuring correct configuration and required Calibration for defined VC/VIN. Look up table shall be flashed on service tool window to read the required BCM ECU details (Assembly number, Parameterization number and CAL parameter ID) for respective VC/VIN. • Front PDC Master sensor calibration data writing: m) Go to extended session & Get the security access for the BCM ECU using service tool. (Note: Security Sub-function – securityAccessType 07/08 shall be used) n) Send service request $ 22 47 0C to check PDC variant o) Check the read DID response ($62 47 0C XX YY ZZ) Read Lower Nibble of XX (i.e., Bit3-Bit0). If this Lower Nibble value is equal to 0x08, 0x09, 0x0A, 0x0B, and 0x0C, only then Front PDC is enabled in the vehicle and proceed for Front PDC Calibration in next step. Otherwise, front PDC calibration routine is not required to be run. p) Send service request $ 31 01 34 0D XX XX = Request additional data.
