Pre-Check Points: NO Trouble Shooting:- Below given flowcharts guides to troubleshoot the fault: DTC’s confirmation:- Once DTC is rectified, confirm all Infotainment button panel keys/switches are working as expected. Circuit Schematic Diagram:- ISO Code B1C4D-08 Customer Symptom User is unable to operate button panel functionality. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No Lamp Status (If Any) No Fault Detection Condition User is unable to operate infotainment system. Normal Operating Condition User can execute all available button panel keys/switches function (AM/FM/USB/Volume update etc.) Probable Trouble Area Wiring harness between silver box and Button panel. Silver box connector and its connector terminals Button panel connector and its terminals Intermittent connector and their terminals Healing Condition None
