Trouble Shooting:- Flow Diagram or table format for diagnosing the fault code Step no. Description Check Point if YES if NO Vehicle charging mode 1 Charge mode: Connect the Charging Gun & switch ON the AC supply. Check for the fault code. Fault code P19D017, is present? Go to step 2 Repair complete 2 Replace the Charging Gun Fault code P19D017 is present? Record Local Snapshot of DTC. Replace 3in1 combo unit Recheck fault code Go to 1 Vehicle V2X discharge mode 1 V2X discharge mode: Reconnect the V2X gun and switch on the V2X switch. Fault code P19D017, is present? Replace 3in1 combo unitRepair complete DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring OBC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. a) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle charging command by observing the Charge ON indicator lamp on the cluster. b) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle discharge command during V2X mode by observing the v2x discharge indicator on the cluster
