Overview: Write up for the Related Sensor/Actuator or system: - Microphone – This microphone is located at the roof top of the vehicle. It is used for executing voice commands and BT (Bluetooth) connected phone calls. Pre-Check Points: NO Trouble Shooting: - Below given flowcharts guides to troubleshoot the fault: ISO Code B1C0E-11 Customer Symptom 1. Caller is unable to hear User voice that is on vehicle during active call using BT connected phone. 2. HU is unable to accept user given Voice recognition (VR) commands. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No Lamp Status (If Any) No Fault Detection Condition 1. Caller is unable to hear User voice that is on vehicle during active call using BT connected phone. 2. HU is unable to accept user given Voice recognition (VR) commands. 3. This DTC gets logged when connection between microphone signal input and Head Unit is Short to GND. Normal Operating Condition 1. User will be able to make BT hands free phone calls. 2. User will be able to launch the outgoing calls using voice commands. Probable Trouble Area • Wiring harness between HU and microphone Healing Condition None
