Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 Pre-Check Points:- a) Check whether the AC input Voltage is normal b) Check for the proper connection of LV connector, c) Check for the proper connection of LV connector, AC input connector, DC output connector. d) Check the AC input connector for damage (connectors, terminals bending & oxidation of pins) e) Check the vehicle inlet connector for damage Trouble Shooting:- Flow Diagram or table format for diagnosing the fault code Step no. Description Check Point if YES if NO Vehicle charging mode 1 Connect the Charging Gun & switch ON the AC supply. Check for the fault code. Fault code P19D016, is present? Go to step 2 Repair complete 2 Replace the charging gun & switch ON the AC supply. Fault code P19D016 is present? Go to step 3 Recheck fault code Go to step 1 3 Remove the 3in1 combo AC input Connector and refit it Properly & switch ON the AC supply. Fault code P19D016 is present? Go to step 4 Recheck fault code Go to step 1 4 Remove the 3in1 combo AC input connector. Connect the charging gun & switch on the AC supply. Check 230 AC voltage is available between pin1&pin3 of AC input connector. Is 230 AC voltage is available? Go to step 5 Switch of the AC supply. Refit the AC connector properly. Recheck fault code Go to step 1. 5 Remove the OBC AC input connector. Check the continuity of Phase, Neutral and Earth pins between 3in1 combo AC input connector and Vehicle inlet (socket) Is there continuity? Record Local Snapshot of DTC. Replace 3in1 combo Replace the wiring harness from vehicle Inlet to 3in1 combo AC input Vehicle V2X discharge mode 1 V2X discharge mode: Reconnect the V2X gun and switch on the V2X switch. Fault code P19D016, is present? Replace 3in1 combo unit Repair complete DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring OBC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. a) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle charging command by observing the Charge ON indicator lamp on the cluster. b) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle discharge command during V2X mode by observing the v2x discharge indication on the cluster
