Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No Lamp Status (If Any) No Fault Detection Condition 1. User is unable to change volume/media/radio settings using steering wheel control module. 2. This DTC gets logged when connection between steering wheel control signal input and silver box is Open/Short to Battery. Normal Operating Condition When user changes settings of volume/media/radio using steering wheel Control, accordingly infotainment system will process it. Probable Trouble Area • Wiring harness between silver box and Steering wheel control. • silver box connector and connector terminals • Steering wheel control connector and its terminals • Intermittent connector and their terminals Healing Condition None
