Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 P19D123:- OBC battery side hardware over voltage fault Overview: ISO Code (If applicable) P19D123 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery/ OBC will stop AC output during V2X mode Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if 1.HV side DC voltage>540V 2. OBC has received command VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK) All of above conditions are true in AC charging/V2X charging. Normal Operating Condition when VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK): HV side DC voltage<450 Probable Trouble Area 1. The power battery voltage is abnormal; 2. Abnormal connection between OBC output and power battery; 3. The output voltage is abnormal due to damage to OBC. 4.Voltage Sensor error in OBC Healing Condition Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep / Disconnect the V2X gun and connect back after VCU sleep, press V2X switch Write up for the system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU)
