Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 Pre-Check Points: a) Check for the proper connection of 3in1 HV battery connector (Disconnect and connect the 3in1 HV Battery connector. b) Check the 3in1 HV battery connector ( POSITIVE, NEGATIVE) for damage (connectors, terminals bending & rusting of pins) c) Check the 3in1 HV battery connector wiring harness connected for damage (connectors, terminals bending & rusting of pins) Trouble Shooting:- Flow Diagram or table format for diagnosing the fault code Step no. Description Check Point if YES if NO 1 AC charging mode: Connect the Charging Gun & switch ON the AC supply. Check for the fault code. Or V2X discharge mode: Reconnect the V2X gun and switch on the V2X switch. Fault code P19D116 is present? Go to step 2 Repair complete. 2 Check the 50A fuse at OBC input/output in 3in1 PDU Fuse is blown? Replace the fuse Go to step 3 3 Check for the DTC s in battery or in VCU If any DTC present Trouble shoot the DTC code Replace 3in1 unit DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring OBC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle charging command by observing the Charge ON indicator lamp on the cluster/ Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle discharge command during V2X mode by observing the v2x discharge indication on the cluster
