Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 P19298:- OBC over temperature shutdown Write up for the system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU) Overview:ISO Code (If applicable) P19D298 Customer Symptom Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery/ OBC will stop AC output during V2X mode Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if High temperature shutdown ,The charger is shut down due to high temperature; secondary side temperature measurement above 145 degrees Celsius, or primary transformer measurement above 133 degrees Celsius or primaryIGBT temperature measurement above 133 degrees Celsius. Normal Operating Condition When the temperatures drop below 130 degrees Celsius on the secondary side and 118 degrees Celsius on the transformer and primary side Probable Trouble Area 1. The cooling system is abnormal, such as the fan of the air cooling system is not working or the water cooling system is working abnormallyThe OBC internal temperature detection circuit is abnormal. 2. Vehicle water circulation system failure 3. High coolant temperature Healing condition 1. Reconnect the charging gun and initiate AC slow charging 2. Reconnect V2X gun and press V2X switch
