Select software copying to HU o After valid software file selection system shall start coping software file from USB drive to HU flash memory (inactive partition). Step 5. Validation of the software o Infotainment system shall start software file validation process to verify the Infotainment system installed software version with the new software version. System shall validate the integrity of the software which is selected to update. (exception will be handled in Validation SW_exception) o Step 6. Installation in inactive partition o If validation is successful, then system proceeds for software installation in inactive partition.
