Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 P19D201:- CP Frequency out of Range Overview: ISO Code (If applicable) P19D201 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if CP Frequency out of Normal range CP Freq < 950Hz Or CP Freq > 1050Hz Normal Operating Condition CP Frequency in Normal range 950 Hz=< CP Freq <= 1050Hz Probable Trouble Area 1. Incorrect CP frequency from Charging Gun. 2. Trigger circuit in Charging Gun is failed. 3. Receiver in OBC is failed Healing Condition Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep Write up for the system:- The component 3in1(DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit) is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components (PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU) .
